Nov 3 1918 in Madison the daughter of Ralph and Lucinda (Miller) Spearrin Janet made Bingham her lifelong residence She was em ployed for many years at Quim by Veneer Mill until her retire ment She loved working in her flower gardens and spending time with her dear friends and family In her younger years Janet loved to hunt and fish and had many tales to tell of the good old days She was a com municant of St Peter's Catholic Church in Bingham Her husband Walter Giroux two brothers Charles Spearrin Sr and Reg gie Spearrin Sr and a sister in law Doris (Rodrique) Spearrin died previously She aries John Wyman III 1914 2004 CORNVILLE John Wyman III 90 of Cornville died Tuesday morning Dec 21 2004 at his home He was bom July 5 1914 in Medway Mass a son of the late Dr John and Daisy (Holway) Wyman II Mr Wyman was a 1936 graduate of the Worcester Poly technic Institute with a bache degree in electrical engi neering On Dec 11 1942 he married the former Dee Durgin in Baltimore Md He began his working career with Bendix Co now Honeywell Co in New Jersey and Kahl Engineer ing Co in New Jersey During World War II he owned an elec trical company that produced top secret tubes that were used in airplanes during the war or more than 20 years he was em ployed with the Maine Depart ment of Transportation Mr Wyman spoke in Washington DC and various states regard ing his development of weight and motion devices used to test bridges under different weather and traffic conditions This in formation was used to prevent a disaster of twisting suspension bridges His development of this test material and the data he collected have been used and valued across the United States At the age of 75 he be came self employed as a soil engineer Mr Wyman was a member of the ederated Church in New Jersey Masonic Lodge and enjoyed his years as a leader with the Boy Scouts of America taking many scouts to the jamborees in orestburg Col orado Springs and Philmont' Scout Reservation Wyman a'
